Now, in order to get the best low cost cruising experience, there are several different options open to you. The first, and probably the best way to get a low cost cruise ticket, is to contact a cruising company directly by telephone. While many people will turn to the Internet right away when they are looking for cheap rates for their cruise, sometimes it really helps if you're able to talk to somebody. Call the cruise companies and see what they can do for you in terms of price.

If you're not having any luck with getting good rates on a cruise by using the phone, then you can turn to using website services instead. Visit the sites of various cruise companies that you are considering, like Carnival, Disney, and Celebrity or you can always check out some of the dedicated travel sites like Orbitz or Travelocity to see what they have to offer. Sometimes you can nab some great rates on those sites.

Finally, if you feel that you're all out of options or if you just aren't comfortable with finding rates yourself for your next cruise, you can always contact a travel agency. Travel agents have special numbers they call and contacts they converse with in an effort to get you a great rate on your cruise. You'll have to pay fees to the agency, but you will almost always walk out the door with a cheap cruise rate for your upcoming vacation.
